Refund Policy



Changing or Cancelling Your Order

·       After placing an online order, the order processing will commence within a period of time that ranges from few minutes to 30 minutes at max, if placed during the working hours. Once order processing starts you will be unable to make any online changes. In this case, please call us on the registered phone number, and we’ll do our best assist you with modifying your order.

·       Please note that once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.



·       Returns are permitted within 7 days from the invoice date. Please note that in order to accept returns, the following conditions need to be fulfilled:

o   The item is unopened.

o   The original box and/or packaging is intact including all labels and barcodes.

o   The original invoice is returned with the item/s.


·       Once we have received the return items, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the email address or the phone number registered in your account.


·       Please note that:

o   Shipping charges will apply for the return shipment and will be deducted from your dues.

o   Monetary amounts for orders that were paid with Cash on Delivery cannot be returned, and hence will be credited to your account at, which you can redeem at any time.


Defective or damaged items.

In case the item you received was damaged during shipping, please return the package as is in the same condition as you received in its original box and/or packaging. Once received, the returned item/package will be inspected and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund of your payment along with the shipping fees paid by you.


Receiving a wrong item

·       In case the item you received was not matching with your order, please return the item without opening its package or carton. Once the item is received back and inspected, we will be happy to offer you the choice of resending the correct item that matches your order, or to refund the value of your ordered item.

·       Please note that the returned item will be accepted provided that the item box is unopened, original box and/or packaging is intact including all labels and barcodes.


Non- returnable items

·       To guarantee our customers’ safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return:

o   Diapers & Baby Wipes

o   Nursing pads

o   Nursing bottles and training cups

o   Swimwear and Undergarments

o   Food products

·       For all returns please contact Customer Care to arrange for collection.


Cancellations by

·       Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons including:

o   Item(s) not available.

o   Difficulty in processing your payment information.

o   Cannot ship to address provided.

o   Duplicate order was placed.

o   Cancelled due to a customer request.

·       If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care by e-mail for a recommendation.
